Dmitry has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. He served as a strategic advisor and investor to many growth companies, assisting with strategic positioning, restructuring, M&A, and financing options. Prior to joining Benchmark, Dmitry served as a CSO and Head of Corporate Development with AudioCodes Ltd., a publicly traded company. He was a Managing Director at Q Advisors, a boutique M&A advisory, where he led deal sourcing and business development. Before moving to investment banking, Dmitry was a senior research analyst at William Blair & Company for over a decade and later a Managing Director at Stephens, where he led the expansion of its technology equity research platform. Dmitry began his career with IBM Corporation in 1996. Dmitry earned his M.B.A from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2004, M.E. from Cornell University in 1996, and B.S.E.E. from University of Rochester in 1995.
