Jim Boland is a Managing Director in Benchmark’s New York Investment Banking Division with a principal focus on Leveraged Capital Markets. Prior to joining Benchmark Jim was US Head of Leveraged Finance and Capital Markets at UBS. During his 19-year career at UBS Jim also held a similar leadership role for their European business. Prior to that, Jim spent 5 years at Lehman Brothers in their Loan Syndications Group and started his career at Bankers Trust Company. Jim holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from Manhattan College.
