LTD. where he was instrumental in overseeing and executing complex transactions including numerous high-profile IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements. Jonathan holds a BS in Consumer Economics from University of Maryland and is a respected voice in the industry, committed to fostering a culture of excellence and integrity, Jonathan is passionate about mentoring the next generation of finance professionals.
