Mark Miller is an Equity Research Analyst covering the Hardware Technology industry with a focus on data storage, lasers, photonics, and semiconductor equipment. Formerly, he was a research analyst at Nobel Capital Markets, Brean Murray Carrret and Hoefer and Arnett. Prior to equity research, he acquired 25 years of industry experience with NASA-Goddard, 3M, Seagate and Control Data as well at firms that are now part of Western Digital. Mark was recognized three times in the Wall Street Journal’s annual “Best on The Street” survey and four times by StarMine, including the #1 rankings by the Wall Street Journal and StarMine. He received his BS in physics from Johns Hopkins University, a M.S. and PhD. candidate in physics at the University of Maryland, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
